Maybe Ken was trying to time the PR as to somewhat mitgate what he knew the folks like you and the MM opportunist would most likely do. In the future I'm in hope he give little to no time on these share distributions and times PR's with as much stealth and surprise as possible to catch the large daily short and cover going on and players with their pants down.
