'Surfkast' SERW has been around for years? According to
what I see Steve Kurlander changed the name from OPLO
to Securus Energy Inc. December 10, 2009. Nevada Secretary
Of State Amendment (no notes for Actions) 12/10/2010.
Kurlander did that after he filed for himself. Filling all of these positions,Treasurer, President, Director, and Secretary on December 12/07/09, Nevada Secretary of State Annual list.
Kurlander did not File an "OPLO" 8(K) Item 5:02 Departure, or Election of Directors or Appointment of Certain Officers like he did for Explortex Energy Inc.
Jack Lennon EXPlORATEX ENERGY INC. submitted 8(K) Item 5:02 SEC required Resignation on the same day as Kurlander was appointed
JUNE 29, 2009.
It is required by the SEC that within "3 DAYS" a company must file an 8 (K) 5:02 Departure of Officer, or Election Appointment.
What happened with OPLO/SECURUS before 12/07/09 when
Kurlander arrived on the seen? Where are the Item 5.02 Departure or election of certain officers?
Why didn't Ira Frohman issue an 8(K)5.02 appointment? He did for all but Delrada Capital Inc. DFCO and SERW.
