I'm guessing since the A/S increase for BVIG doesn't take place until the 28th of July, along with the name change, that we can't possibly be given any shares until after that.
BVIG also has to issue the shares to KATX after that, not sure if that takes more time, or if its allowed whenever they choose.

July 29th is probably the earliest anyone will see their free BVIG/KATG shares. more likely sometime in August.

Another thing is the 6 month restriction, not sure if it is from the record date or the distribution date.
