Ray, you're right. There are plenty of us still here. I still hold my same position I held a year ago. There are others on the sidelines as well, waiting for the first acre at DVJ to get up and running.

There's no one else doing what we are right now. Being the first out of the gate has it's obstacles and it's rewards. We've seen the obstacles and overcome them.

We'll also see the rewards.
