'surkfast' No they did not. The Secretary of State of
Nevada shows 250 Million common 50 Million Preffered.
Nevada is the State OPLO/SECURUS is Incorporated in.
There is no Amendment to the Articles Showing a Reverse
Split. It is mandatory that an amendment would have to
be filed to show this. IT DID NOT HAPPEN.
