Run If Cataldo is not called before the SEC for his actions at VOIC, GSTY, and here at MTCH, then there is no justice in the world.
The lying about the 10K being filed late and the subsequent Press Release bonanza in first two weeks of April while 100's of millions of shares were being dumped is a prime example. The failure to announce all the negative items we learned of today in a timely manner while 100's of millions of shares were being dumped is another item that needs explanation. And the "hiring" of the new accountants in mid a April only to learn it was a sham is definitely an item that needs attention.
Looks like Tony, Bob, Reid and all of Tony's other lackeys associated here may need to "lawyer up".
Or maybe they will let Tony slide again.
I honestly don't know if the actions here were criminal, but certainly they were unethical in anybody's book.
Guess it was no accident that Tony wasn't bragging about his CEO/Chairman position here at Matech on his reality show.
