105,892,818,000 shares B4 the Feb.2010 RS.....2000 to 1 RS leaves......the outstanding shares you KEEP harping about!.......52,946,409 shares of common stock issued and outstanding. NOW does everyone see how the RS works. When the price of NXHD gets down to .0005 to .0001 Mr. Surber will flood the market with several BILLION shares and then when much of it has sold, he will RS again next year! JMHO
