ronwy, I don't know whether or not I would use other pinks to compare GOIG with because most all of the pinkies including GOIG are in the toilet.

The jury is still out on GOIG. GOIG's concept is great, but the managements performance - missed dates, transparency doubts, etc - sure leave a lot to be desired.

Ike did get GOIG and it's product/service off of the ground, but now the real question is does he and his team have the ability to move forward.

There are so many times where an entreprenuer has the vision to advance a produt/service through the visionary stages, but then a professional and skilled team need to take over.

Some say Ike has the management skills and ability and point to his past record. A past record canbe a pretty good indicator particularly if it is in the same industry although many top managers possess the talent, skills, experience, and wisdom to transfer their abilities between many diverse industries.

Does Ike possess this ability ? I, personally, am not so sure that he does on the level that is needed with GOIG.

A little more time will definitely be most revealing to answer this question. But, I am having my doubts increase by the day that Ike, his team, and the shareholders just might be better served if a change were made.

We have some awfully strong and extremely potent competition gearing up if not already for past us in laying the ground work. Google is definitely a company that comes to mind although I am not to familar of where they stand in regards to a service such as GOIGS.

I do know that I did briefly glance over an article where Eric Schmit, President of Google, said that mobile communication will be much bigger then the WEB PC ever was.

Google is a prime case of where the two visionary founders or Google realized and accepted their own limitations of moving Google beyond and sought a top notch professional manager and hired Eric Schmit as the President and Chief Operating Officer. He just might be the CEO also. I am not sure and have not check this out.

I am still holding long for the time being.
