Why would a CEO be sarcastic about the share price?

This is spinning out of control...

It is becoming very Jr High IMO

Maybe he is trying to bring the price down for some reason, who knows, this is baffling, because his remarks have brought it down 10 cents already today and it just popped under 20 cents.
