just called the TA and got the SAME Info on $UWRL .
absolutely there is no dilution at all, The SHARE structure remains same from weeks to today. same float around 600 million.

Restricted 1,316,282,248

now you figure it out if this take down on such a low volume is retail or dilution . I know what it is and holding for .006 and beyond.
