A/S is authorized shares. It can be the TOTAL amount the company is allowed to issue. I believe it is 5 Billion for ENTI. It may or may not ever get that hight.

O/S is the outstanding shares. They are a sum of restricted shares (exist but not yet being traded) and the Float which is the current tradable shares and is somewhere around 600-800 Million

We know O/S of 2.3 Billion but we do not know Restricted so we do not know Float.

O/S - Restricted = Float.

It is helful to know what the float is because that is a total sum of all the shares that are being held in tradable hands.
