I don't think it would make sense for them to take away there incentive shares.. It might make sense for me and you, but not for management.. I want them to strive for performance, and if they're performing, why would it matter how the stock price acts in the short-term? Value does NOT equal price...they ARE increasing value. If they hit there goals and continue to perform well, the stock will follow (eventually). I do agree with the Starr statement though, and it seems that has done nothing but dilute the stock with no additional value. I'm kind of surprised Starr hasn't been more active in rallying some institutional dollars to come into the stock, particularly at these levels..
That said, I think I may follow up on a previous email to Jacky. They need to be bombarded with shareholder requests on a stock buy back. Even a threat of a buy back..they should be doing something, and if they aren't spending money on acquisitions, they need to be buying back shares.
