While we're on the subject....since Southern Candle is owned by EXPO Holdings, why do you suppose they are buying EXPH shares at three times market value? Could it be that Southern Candle (in SC) with good cash flow that may need a tax loss to offset profits, might be buying overpriced shares from EXPH in another state? EXPH that has huge losses but needs cash to make JD's payroll? Like if the owners of EXPO knew the shares of EXPH were going to drop like a ROCK, that might offset some of the state tax from Southern Candle while forking over that cash that otherwise might partially have been headed to the tax coffers in SC? Or is there another explanation? I wonder if something such as that is even legal? I will have to go look up the SEC regulations on it...shifting cash across state lines through overpriced share purchases. Could be innocent I suppose, LOL...all IMHO.
