So you are posting out of the goodness of your heart to "educate" people as to the tragedies to befall them if they invest in GDHI-You obviously did not listen tot he conference call where Frank said shares would be retired after the company becomes cash flow positive-He also said when asked that the group that purchased the stock and warrants for $960 STILL own their stock and have a long term horizon and belief in GDHI-Now if you want to call Frank a liar because your arguments are based on the assumption that he is lieing, and if he is then you are correct-But I don't believe that and why GDHI stock has come down can be for many reasons and you know that-PSC had 100 million shares, they got into trouble and were obviously pressuring the market and as you know or should know, MM's smell blood and they short and many people who bought on good news sold when the stock stopped making headway-You claim to have sold 12.5 million-Probably others like you did the same when they were frustrated-
If you want to deny the growth and the good things happening with GDHI, then you obviously do not have your eyes open-Frank has reiterated that the company will be cash flow positive by year end-He has a sound business model and a great plan for growth-Would Burger King partner with him otherwise?
Nothing or no company is perfect and there are some problems here and all realize that, but for you to unequivocably state that GDHI is a disaster and is even over valued at these prices misses so many points and potential-You and a few others have gotten hung up on the number of shares-The most important thing is to get the business going, then worry about the number of shares-If trhe company followed your lead they woould have bought back 2 billion shares, have no cash to function and be out of business-Great business plan DH-There is no denying ther number of shares must come down and they will-If Frank has not been forthright it will show itself, but I don't believe that and the company is showing the goods-The stock price will follow-
