You have to admit it would be better to have some results before the meeting, Delaying it makes sense for now. There is no way that a SH meeting could be held constructively at this point.
It would probably be more like a bar brawl.

If anything actually happens with this law suit I think its a good sign. It would mean that Dean is not afraid to show what he has been up to. I would love to see it.

I don't think a suit against an anonymous poster would go far, Wouldn't a poster be protected by IMO much like Dean is protected by forward looking statements?
