Maybe because now there are quite a few more shares of BVIG and that is why. Maybe they are taken what was the price difference of the announcemnet and multiplying by 4X to come up with that figure. It is all pretty meaningless unless you own tradeable shares and until we get some news on the drill results either way. It is all just numbers until you cash out.
