ViaCell, Inc. Completes Initial Public Offering; Sells All Over-Allotment Shares

BOSTON, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ViaCell, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIAC - News) announced the completion of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock. In addition, the underwriters of its initial public offering exercised their over-allotment option in full and purchased an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock. All such shares were sold by ViaCell at the initial public offering price of $7 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
