I am new to penny stocks and have been in with LCRE for about three months. I have lost some money but I have improved my postion for when this takes off, hopefully! It is simple, it is a start up company, they need capital, right now they are not selling anything so Jim needs to sell some shares to raise money to pay bills. It sucks, but those are the facts. If we are patient then the rewards will be great and we might be able to make some money. JMO
