I just feel the company has been railroaded by the SEC and they should survive as a Company with NEW LEADERSHIP

explain to me .. just how the SEC railroaded the company?

the 2 crooks lied and stole everyone money in secret

they sold 2.3 BILLION share issued by phony opinion letters
also in secret

mosky raped and robbed every dime from Dicon after his arrest

issued the wells notice

and now have sued them for securities fraud .. the company is insolvent and is a house of cards

the DOJ has arrested both of the insiders for fraud
