How could the SEC railroad SPNG? The SEC had nothing to do with SPNG all these years. M&M railroaded SPNG. They were the people in charge. THEY did this to SPNG, not the SEC. The SEC only stepped in after they were notified by Pensley of possible certificate forgeries. From there, after investigating, which is what they are supposed to do (<--- hint hint!), did they find all the other crap. It wasn't SEC crap, it was SPNG crap. SPNG lied about almost everything they did. SPNG lied. Not the SEC.

Why can't you understand that the officers of the company are the ones who run it. They either run it honestly, or they run it like M&M did. The SEC railroaded the company? Holy Christ!
