I understand your frustration over the legal issues, but you just proved my point by stating the pps goes from 0002-0004 that[s a 100% in my book. Its a matter of being on the low end selling on the high. The stock has a trend, you have to follow it. It's like the guy who found a $1.00 and got made because it wasn't $5.00 There are people making momey. Otherwise there would be no trading on this stock;
