I find it amusing that no one at the SEC is capable, or has the tools necessary to pull up time and sales data. Especially when it is available free from a multitude of websites.


That is certainly an enigma... maybe if those other sites would color code their time and sales data... and add a ton of random asterisks... the SEC might be more interested?
