Looks like to me that Calypso must have had an attorney and maybe there will be a filing in state court to let us know who the attorney might be. I think otherwise the judge would have just dismissed the case in the Daic parties favor. This state court case is scheduled for trial in Nov, so I hope the attorney gets up to speed quickly, although the case is pretty well laid out.

I like the projection of 6 to 10 bucks a share, but we'll have to get to Dec 2010 before we know for sure that the Daic parties haven't taken everything and that Tmob is on the hook for settlement.
