moondoggy, just to clarify - are you saying iyo this could hit $1 on the basis of the earn-in agreement alone, or does that target incorporate other catalysts? if so, what additional material events do you see on the horizon? (others feel free to add your opinions and feedback)

fwiw, i noticed the CEO had language in a filing some months ago that he wouldn't sell shares on the open market for less than .90 a share.

what are the chances NAK or another big board mining company might just buy out LBSR instead of doing a JV? if so, what do you think the CEO's price would be, on a per share basis?
