Dean I applaud your ethics in confronting these perpetrators but I'm certain most longs are wondering how this lawsuit might impede company progress. In light of previous delays (funding, Mr. Rudd's passing, MS Croatia logistics) the market shuns uncertainty. Do you see this litigation delaying ANYTHING in terms of the company's past, present or future goals please sir?
