We are awaiting the name change so that the CUSIP change can take place. We have scheduled shooting and locations for Cowboy Mining and begin filming the 1st week of August. The details of the LOI with Astrablu will be publicly disseminated when we close. As always each corporate action will be publicly released in a press release.

The Company is still working its Business Plan. The dailey PPS changes will happen, those that were in GOIG back in Mid March 2010. should know this 19 March the stock opened .011 closed .0097 no big deal huh??? move forward to 25 March 2010
stock opened .0073 it trickled down from just over a penny to .0073 in a week. on 25 March GOIG actually hit a low of .0051
GOIG several weeks later .06. PATIENCE. Dailey PPS changes are going to happen. Friday Hurt but so did 25 March for goig those that rode throught it a few weeks later over a NICKLE.
