Thanks BigOwl47! Excellent post! My sentiments exactly. There will always be those who see the glass half empty but my guess is 90% of the who read this will be in agreement not that it makes the waiting process any easier. I honestly believe that whatever the SP is when we get approval it will certainly rebound in a big way. I plan to continue to take advantage of this awesome buying opportunity as we wait.
