So disappointng it was sent a format they couldn't use... This after we heard that "we are going to dot every i and cross every t." They didn't want any room for mistakes, errors and sent the FDA their absolute best. Did they not bother to learn what formats to send these things in?

NOw that the FDA has the info, will they have questions, comments? Don asked this question MoneyTV. "Will they now come back with comments?" We never really got an answer... sigh...

AND they KNEW this.. they knew the FDA wasn't satisfied and didn't tell us...

THEY KNEW they sent the package out to the FDA two full workweeks before the MoneyTV spot and didn't tell us...

This is very sad and totally disappointing..

And then to talk about being across the aisle form GE in November in Chicago.. Big deal.. Why would anybody care who you are across from.. Just an opportunity to imply "success by association" Hey we're next to GE!

Carrot and stick.. it drones on and on and on...
