members for the conversion of $630,495.33 into 20,000,000 common shares of Stratton Holdings, Inc."

Doing a quick calculation, the company is valued in the multiple penny range with previous board members. Even from this point, previous board members are expecting a multiple bagger!!!

In addition to this, none of the Board of Directors has sold any shares, neither through a third party nor in any other manner. During this time period no shares have come off restrction. (See info below on the share freeze). All recent volume and share price activity is through existing free tradable shares through "street" investors and/or shorted shares."

Portfolio FEED Set to Hit Android Market in July

"With technology continuing to reach new levels, the financial markets have become a network of communication software and applications. It was apparent to our design and development team though that traders and investors are required to dig through an abundance of data in order to reach the specific piece of information they are looking for. With Portfolio FEED a user enters their own stock lists and then the application is tied to RSS feeds. So in this way the user only gets alerted on their own portfolio, or 'watch list,' when their company issues a press release. The user is alerted in a similar manner as a text message.

SM has set the launch date of Portfolio FEED for the middle of July onto the Android marketplace.
