Now..it sure looks to me that the little over $100K dilution in shares were shares well spent

If you think lining JD and GH's pockets is money well spent, well there is not much you can't be convinced of.

What's funny is that they could have just repaid the money they took from the company and the O/S wouldn't have needed to go from 1billion to almost 2 billion.

Talk about getting sucker punched.
