does anyone here know or can find out when GG is supposed to file their ten k? seems to me that the buying company is supposed to file their ten k and when that happens the deal is done and divvies issued it will be interesting to see if there really could be a tie in with hglc me and some one i know have been suspecting this will be the case hglc was halted due to no fault of their own they still have gold claims also wait and see .... this may end up being historic imho i own both ffgo AND hglc hahahaha
