this is indeed no big deal. it's just a matter of wording in the technical report
we already knew about it since early July, the PR now was a necessary part to get this BC trading ban lifted
it has no effect for anyone other than BC residents anyway

Billiken who prepared the report is a highly reputable firm who works with Spider Resources, Noront etc. the wording in these reports has to be "NI43-101", but that's always subjective. The government of Ontario (where the property is) hasn't said anything about it

i guess we'll get the updated report next week...

I also have a theory... why did the BCSC look into this report? Could it be Sarissa is planning a JV with a BC based company for the Nemegosenda property??
