I think Twombly went rogue on a lot of ideas in hopes of improving the PPS in order to impress Calvin in hopes of getting Calvin to focus on the A.N.D. product. Personally I see the many moves this company has made since firing that train wreck of a CEO, Larry Twombly, and the moves are positive. Yes, Ross should have been more on top of it with regard to Twombly's activities as CEO, but he is now and has gained firm footing toward the future... and we can only focus on the now.
With regard to your email response from Louis Restivo, I talked to him about that, and he said that HE is working with HFBG, and HE is bringing HIS distribution network that HE put together for the bakery the family once owned and now the wine company he's involved in with his family. It's his distribution network and he will be putting HFBG's products into that network.
Has Ross made some mistakes? Yes. Is he trying to move forward and build a company and provide shareholder value? Yes. That is what I will concern myself with and BUY!
