IMO I beieve the original buyout was actually an offer from HM3 to take full control and chris didnt want to give up his controlling interest knowing it would pay off more down the road Also IMO could be a long shot but I think HM3 may have sold off some of its shares into the buyout to finance the infomercial and such which if true would actually mean most of the expenses are already covered which would also mean more value for us...

And perhaps this is why we havn't heard a press release detailing how HM3 was aquired as it was suppose to be a reverse merger with Hm3 buying out IHSN and it may still be in the works....

If you think about it Tim Harrington's brother kevin Harrington did the exact same thing http://kevinharrington.tv/investors.php around the same time only differnece is kevin got controlling interest of HNHI everything went as planned it seems Chris Winters was unwilling to give up controlling interest to Tim (obviously knew he would make more money by holding out)

Now this is all my opinion of course but if true a buyout still may be in our future but either way IHSN is going to explode its just a matter of time....
