There were still women who got pregnant in phase 3 trials even when they had to report back to their PIs monthly. In the real world population I think the frequency will be much higher. What will be an effective pregnancy prevention plan? Qnexa slightly affects the level of estrogen I am not sure if its the reason for pregnancy.
