That part is clearly not a fabrication... what may be is the verbal part 4K quotes:

i can now add 60M shares to the total held by the
fine men at so. candle ..

See, one part of the information is legal and known (that there were shares sold and $57,500 was raised)... and one part is hearsay (that it was 60M shares and that they were sold to SC)

For clarity... I am not suggesting that 4K fabricated the information, she was just the messenger to the board... and thank you for doing that 4K!

I am also not suggesting that the company is lying about it... just that it doesn't seem to me that we have the whole story here...
