lep, you argue (correctly) that this situation, where a few shareholders sort of act as unofficial conduits of info, appears "unprofessional". That's true.

But it indicates a reality: Ed and Jill have been doing the work of an entire office staff, while one full-time science person (Dr. Shannon) and several part-time consultants are doing revolutionary R&D on a shoestring budget.

And while Ed and Jill are managing the PR side, they also are attempting to raise funds until we reach production and sales, and handle discussions and negotiations with possible partners.

Basically, the company is operating in two realms that are very far apart - one is "in a garage", and one is on a global stage. Here we have a microscopic company with three full-time employees and no income, which is presenting at a G8 conference and negotiating with huge multi-national interests.

It's inevitable that not every communication is going to be handled with "professionalism". Let's appreciate where we stand and cut Ed a little slack. JMO.
