* there IS a product

but there is no real demand for it.

* There are patents (there are patents on how to build a unicorn at USPTO as well)

but the patents have no commercial value

* the 100 share trades exist and are indeed someone's attempt at some sort of manipulation and should be investigated

but they are FAR less important than the 40 million newly issued shares being sold each week.
