Lot of reasons the stock might or might not go up in the near future. I'd almost prefer slow and steady over meteoric. As for SEC, they couldn't prevent Wall St. from creating and distributing trillions in worthless derivatives that undermined (well, squashed) the global economy. They're not interested in the happenings with a penny stock.
