LapBand is a very good product

Is it different from JNJ/Realize? I know AGN dominants this market, just trying to understand the competition. I had the impression banding is losing popularity to gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy. Also arn't all these procedures aiming at the severe obesity (BMI >40) cases while drugs like lorcaserin will be more adequate in mild to moderate cases?
