This situation is one I discussed several months ago. It made no sense to me that Storm was representing on the Fed Case and not the State Case. As I pointed out the State case is very important and if Calypso loses that we might be back to the Daic parties trying to sell the patents again. I know we have smarter people out there than me, but I don't understand the strategy here. Maybe Storm made a deal with the Daic parties to continue even if Calypso goes defunct and the Daic parties get the patents free and clear. I wouldn't count on it since the Daic parties seem to have their own patent attorney representation. Just confused at this point.
