There's nothing 'discreet' about the pump. It serves a specific purpose, and had they wanted to conceal it from the scope of the bio-cam, then they could have easily done so. Ask yourself, if the pump was an act of deception by management, then why would they make it so clearly visible on the bio-cam? They could have easily installed the pump on the far end of the PBR and out of view of the bio-cam.

The purpose of the pump is to drain water from various sources including water from the sprinkler system that runs along the fence line for the purpose of cooling the PBR (I posted this about 20 times already), water from the hose that is frequently used to clean the basin area and lastly, water from rainfall.

Speaking of rainfall, Santee received more than a half-inch of rain yesterday evening.
