Well I am disappointed that there wasn't a little more information there.

For instance:

Who has Walter selected to supply copier paper to the office?
Are the company's trucks going to be running diesel or regular unleaded?
Will a reputable company be cleaning out the bathrooms?
...and will they be on the job by late February?

Perhaps these and other questions will be addressed in a future PR, but for now I hate to be kept hanging.
