paydate is 7/19, this is gonna depend on your broker how quick you get the shares. I expect that some brokers will be giving out shares shortly AFTER the close on monday 7/19. other brokers gonna be 5,6,7 days (business days) before ya see em.

then ya got the merger thats sposed to happen on 7/19. this is gonna be all new to me!! so I don't have a clue how it goes down.
