ENTI's MusicMatrix Announces Offer Details for Celebrity Spokesperson
Contract to Initiate Immediately Upon Mutual Agreement of Offer
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - July 9, 2010) - Encounter Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ENTI) announces detailed information regarding its offer to a celebrity spokesperson for its MUSICMATRIX.COM. The website and its unique, highly interactive, subscription based model is currently sweeping the nation via DISH network campaign with a significant correlative usage/subscription the last two weeks.
"The timing on the celebrity spokesperson announcement works very well for everything we've done on the national front in marketing to our target demographic," states CEO Rick Dibiase. "Our strategy here has been to ensure an effective, 'sticky' ad campaign with the DISH run and then to implement the celebrity spokesperson to increase campaign momentum. We are confident we will have a positive response from the artist's representation which will strengthen the MusicMatrix brand exponentially. Negotiations to this point have been mutually agreeable and we've submitted a firm offer based on talking points, for final signature."
The offer is an upfront spokesperson fee with an incentive plan in place to ensure maximum Artist exposure in line with the MusicMatrix brand and overall campaign efficacy. Under the Agreement, the artist will be committing to Commercial filming in line with our ad campaign to hit 44 million households for at least the first 6 months, multiple broadcasts via Social Networks such as MySpace, Facebook and Twitter. The artist will also partake in Radio interviews, Live Chats and associate himself/herself with our logo and weblinks, email lists and would be assigning likeness rights to MusicMatrix for the duration of the campaign.
