We were wise to sell VSP at this juncture, for several reasons.

1. We needed cash, and NOW.

2. Everyday a new online yellow pages rolls out, promising "superenhanced Google search exposure" and the like. It was far more prudent and profitable to sell it at this juncture, rather than roll it out and contract with a sales force and all that jazz.

3. Especially wise is the fact that we were able to get 1.75M out of the deal and yet retain future revenues from the technology.
