Let's assume then the guy who sold had a million shares and that equals 250,000 KATG shares. Let's say they hit a major find and the stock hits $3 and we do a 50\50 JV in 6 months. So you are saying selling out was a wise move when he could have had $750,000 in 6 months? Not to mention what KATX might turn out to be. While taken a profit is never bad it could turn out brillant or really the worst move they ever made and the difference between retirement and working the rest of their life. Time will tell.
