Thank you for being a shareholder. We are awaiting the name change so that the CUSIP change can take place. We have scheduled shooting and locations for Cowboy Mining and begin filming the 1st week of August. The details of the LOI with Astrablu will be publicly disseminated when we close. As always each corporate action will be publicly released in a press release.

Hello,

My name is Noah XXXXXX. I am a shareholder of HMIT and have a couple quick questions. According to your recent PR, it was stated that Verde signed an LOI to acquire equity interests with Astrablu. Is there a way of accessing this LOI and if not could it be made accessible to the public. It would clear a lot of unanswered questions as to the extent of the equity interests and where Verde is headed in the future.

Also, the word “merger” is being thrown around on message boards and although I don’t take what is said on message boards as truth, it is causing some controversy. Could you please provide clarification on that issue on whether that is the intent or not?

And thirdly, could you provide an update on “Cowboy Mining?” Where you are at in production, whether or not there will be a trailor for the public to view, and are you being contacted or actively seeking a network to pick up the series?
