I think it's a tribute to FDMF when people have to resort to misquoting in order to bash the company. Brian said he was going to file the Q reports around the 15th. Anyone who has been playing the pinkies knows if PK is reviewing the filings then they may not be posted for several days, depending on how many corrections they feel are needed in the wording.
And I stress wording because PK doesn't check for the accuracy of a report. They only check to see if it's done correctly before updating their information.
