MEVT & imho according to my attorney Civil Trials are not part of Public Record until a Judgment is reached & then only if you know the jurisdiction the suit was brought in. Should you know the jurisdiction than you may be able to call the Clerk of the Court & get docket information pertaining to the trial date depending on that jurisdiction's rules governing such.
